Printing for school, work and everyday tasks
A document needs to be easy to read and arranged in the right order. Bring your assignment, report, learning material, application or other document and tell us how you plan to use it. We can discuss colour or black-and-white output, page size and the number of copies before preparing your job.
Choose the pages and layout you need
A4 is a familiar choice for letters and reports. A3 provides more room for charts, diagrams and larger layouts. Tell us whether you need the full document or a selected page range, single-sided or double-sided printing, and whether the pages should remain at their original size. We will confirm which options suit your file and the available material.
Prepare a file that prints the way you expect
A PDF helps preserve fonts, spacing and page breaks. Before sending it, check that the pages are in the correct order and that important text is not too close to the edge. For scanned documents, send the clearest original scan you have. A screenshot of a document may print less clearly than the original file.
What to send for a quotation
Send the document, number of copies, page range, colour preference and deadline. Mention any special paper or finishing requirements. The price and collection time depend on the actual job and are confirmed with you before printing.
Common questions
Can I print only selected pages?
Yes—include the exact page numbers or page range with your enquiry so we can confirm the correct selection.
Should I send a PDF or a photo?
Send the original PDF for a document when possible. For images, use the original high-resolution file rather than a screenshot.
